**Position Overview**: We seek an experienced Equity Dealer cum Trader to manage equity trades, execute proprietary trading strategies, and enhance our trading operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute and manage equity trades for clients and the firm.
- Develop and implement equity trading strategies.
- Monitor market trends and news for informed trading decisions.
- Design and execute proprietary trading strategies.
- Analyze market data to identify trading opportunities.
- Utilize quantitative models to enhance trading strategies.
- Monitor and manage trading risk exposures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients about their trading needs and objectives.
- Provide market insights and performance updates to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in equity and proprietary trading.
- Proven expertise in executing and managing equity trades.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and trading software.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
