Responsibilities:

- Handle many outbound calls & Upselling to customers and clients.
- Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
- Work to achieve the KPIs set by the Sales Head.
- Ability to engage and build long term relationships with prospects
- Strong Judgement and decision-making skills
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Proven experience as insurance sales representative
- Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings.
- Goal oriented, Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, life, property, medical etc.
- Calling clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
