**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to manage various administrative and facilities-related functions. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations for the office by coordinating with housekeeping agencies, handling office materials and assets, managing vendor relationships, overseeing maintenance of office equipment, and maintaining records related to utilities and security services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Vendor Management**: Manage housekeeping, snack provisioning, and negotiate vendor contracts (pest control, waste disposal, office supplies).
- **Facilities & Maintenance**: Oversee office utilities (electricity, phone, CCTV) and ensure the proper functioning of office equipment (laptops, printers).
- **Records & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of agreements, contracts, and asset inventories. Ensure timely renewals of service agreements.
- **Procurement & Inventory**: Oversee office material purchases, maintain inventory, and manage timely deliveries.
- **Security & Safety**: Manage security guard services and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- **Event Management**: Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and activities.
- **Asset Management**: Track and manage office assets, conduct audits, and ensure proper documentation of asset usage and disposal.
- **General Administrative Support**: Provide assistance to senior management with various office operations and tasks.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience (1.5+ years) in office administration or facilities management.
- Knowledge of vendor management, procurement, and asset management.
**Location : Mumbai Corporate HQ**
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
