**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

- **Data Input**:

- Entering data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verifying the accuracy of data before inputting.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintaining, organizing, and updating records in the database.
- Sorting and organizing data for easy retrieval and processing.
- **Data Verification**:

- Cross-checking and verifying entered data to ensure accuracy.
- Correcting any discrepancies or errors in the data.
- **Reporting**:

- Assisting in generating reports from the data for further analysis or decision-making.
- Compiling data for daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
- **Document Management**:

- Scanning and uploading documents to the relevant systems.
- Ensuring all data is filed correctly and stored securely.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Coordinating with team members to ensure all data is processed on time.
- Communicating with relevant departments to resolve data-related issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administration are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and database management tools.
- Basic knowledge of data entry software or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
