**Position Overview**:
Boeing India Supply Chain is currently looking for three **Associate Procurement Agent** to join their team in **Bangalore, India.** This position shall support Boeing Global Services business organization.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Oversee purchasing activities in the areas of direct materials and ensure purchased items are cost effective and of high quality
- Communicates with suppliers and internal stakeholders ( Example : Contract PA, Finance focal, Receiving focal ) to identify and resolve issues associated to documentation discrepancies and ensure contractual compliance
- Schedules and organizes tag up meetings with suppliers and internal stake holders, prepare agenda, records and distributes minutes of meeting and monitor progress.
- Drive and work towards closure of complete P2P process cycle.
- Develop & maintain good rapport with suppliers to ensure priority given to requirements and parts get shipped and reach warehouse as per committed delivery date.
- Review daily open order report and drive actions proactively to ensure on time delivery
- Responsible for expedites & supply base management
- Tracking and Reporting Key Functional Metrics to improve Process Effectiveness
- Quality of Reporting in Terms of Data Accuracy and Drive Hygiene in SAP
- Drive continuous improvement philosophy in the area of Procurement operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports attend project review meetings
- Complaint to all quality procedures and company policies
- Support AOG orders
- Provide support on customer past due orders that have become critical to business.
- Familiar in purchasing / procurement, logistics, and material control activities
- Supply Chain background will be an added advantage

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- 1-4 years of experience in a Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management.

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- 1+ years of experience working in Aerospace industry

**Typical Education & Experience**:

- Typically 1-4 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc) preferred but not required.”
