**Position Overview**:
Boeing India Supply Chain Team currently looking for an **Experienced Procurement Agent** to join team in **Bangalore, India.** This team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual.

This is an individual contributor position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support BDSI Business.


**Position Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
As a member of the Supply Chain Management team, the Procurement Agent responsibilities are mentioned below and are not limited to it:

- Work with Boeing Global Services / Boeing Distributions Services Inc., supply chain and India stakeholders to develop and update demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment requirements and manage part inventories.
- Support BDSI Teams in coordinating activities associated with inventory data management thus providing support to maintain and improve the inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics to determine right inventory for right products.
- Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
- Hands on experience in various problem-solving models like Pareto, A3 Problem solving model etc.
- Should possess skills regarding data collection, analysis, strategy & report out to the leadership along with suggestions to improve inventory control.
- Strategic and Special Projects: Take end-to-end ownership of various strategic and special projects, coordinate with various stakeholders and drive projects to successful conclusion
- Partner with BDSI Supply chain team to support various projects with respect to inventory management & control.
- Presentations: Lead and own presentations relating to various review meetings, supplier capabilities, strategic engagements

- 8-12 years of Supply chain, Inventory management, Procurement support experience

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- B.E, Degree with 8-12 years of Supply chain, Inventory management, Procurement support
- Competency in Excel (Macros, Pivot tables etc.) are must.
- Data management & analytics
- Presentation and good communication skills
