We are hiring for IT-Associate
Job Title: IT Associate
Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Hyderabad
Notice Period: 0-15 days
Interview Mode: F2F Interview

Education: Degree/BE with 1 year of experience to handle responsibilities as per JD

Strong communication in English.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, including onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Monitor network performance and security, using tools to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Assist in implementing data backup solutions and procedures, ensuring that data can be recovered in case of loss or disaster.
- SharePoint user access troubleshooting.
- Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and maintenance contracts, ensuring proper allocation and utilization.
- Assist in monitoring and implementing cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and regular security audits to protect company data.

Technical Skill Requirements
- Firewall and network management
- Server active directory administration
- Office 365 management

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
