**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate Data scientist who is eager to contribute to the future of AI and machine learning. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a rewarding career in data science and AI, with a focus on understanding and organizing complex data from a variety of formats. You will be responsible for analyzing and structuring data from sources such as chat conversations, videos, courses, books, and other materials. This data will then be classified, organized by topics and subtopics, and transformed into training datasets for machine learning models. Your work will be at the heart of developing cutting-edge AI solutions that will drive business growth and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Understanding & Collection**:

- Identify and analyse data from multiple formats including chats, videos, courses, books, and more.
- Continuously refine data collection techniques to ensure high-quality, relevant datasets.

**Data Structuring & Preparation**:

- Clean, organize, and label the collected data, making it ready for use in machine learning training.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the data is accurately formatted for model integration.
- Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the data structuring process.

**Machine Learning Dataset Creation**:

- Work closely with technical teams to align data with the needs of AI model development.

**Insights & Innovation**:

- Analyze structured data to discover patterns and trends that can be leveraged to improve AI models and business strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and product development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and data science to continually enhance our data processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data classification, organization, and preparation for AI training.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to uncover trends and insights from complex data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with machine learning and AI training datasets.
- Familiarity with a variety of data sources and formats, such as chats, videos, courses, and books.
- Knowledge of AI model training and data preparation processes.
