**Job Summary**

We are looking for a talented and driven **Data Scientist** to join our analytics team. You will work with diverse data sources to build models, generate insights, and solve real-world business challenges. **Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze large, complex datasets to discover insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Communicate insights and model outcomes clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data strategies and deliver actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Support data governance, data quality, and cloud-based data infrastructure efforts.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, and experience with SQL.
- Proficient in machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
- Domain experience in areas like CRM analytics, financial forecasting, or supply chain optimization.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
