**Responsibilities**
- Develop a complete understanding of all the product categories, its market and competitive scenario.
- Support the entire sales process with the help of information systems: identification of qualified leads, tracking account level sales conversion on CRM, monitor stock position, generate quotations on ERP, monitoring sales performance, outstanding credit performance, sales reports, etc.
- Track business environment and compile a monthly newsletter in a standard format.
- Analyse account level and aggregated sales information and recommend necessary actions based on it.
- To enable sales force to succeed with the help of efficient and customer focused processes, resources, data, and tools.
- Support sales force in negotiations on price, delivery, and commercial terms, payment collection, and coordinating delivery of materials.
- Identify new systems or interventions to improve business processes.
- Coordinate with other internal teams and principals of distributed products.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Prerequisites**
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Tamil.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
