**Job Title: Structural Designer**

**Job Summary**:
The Structural Designer will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural components of buildings and infrastructure projects. Collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and other professionals, the Structural Designer will contribute to the development of safe, cost-effective, and aesthetically pleasing structures. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in structural design software are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Structural Design**:

- Develop structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
- Analyze specifications and requirements to determine the appropriate structural solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
- **Drafting and Modeling**:

- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed structural drawings and 3D models.
- Generate accurate and clear construction documents for use by construction teams.
- **Analysis and Evaluation**:

- Conduct structural analysis using appropriate software to assess the integrity and stability of designs.
- Identify and address potential design challenges or structural issues.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate project requirements.
- **Material Selection**:

- Specify appropriate materials for construction based on structural requirements and project constraints.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and their compliance with project specifications.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Review and approve shop drawings and other project documents.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Staad Pro, RAM Structural System).
- Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
- Previous experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
