**Job Summary**:
AEGIS Elevator is seeking enthusiastic and driven MBA graduates to join our sales team in Pune. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals to kickstart their sales career in a dynamic and rewarding industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of AEGIS Elevator solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent MBA graduate with a focus on Marketing or Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Prior internship or work experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
