Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in PTC Windchill, including installation, configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong understanding of Windchill architecture and deployment, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Experience with Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, and ThingWorx Navigate.
- Knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems like ERP, CAD, and MES.
- Familiarity with Windchill security features, including access control, authentication mechanisms, and security audit event tracking.

Functional Expertise:

- Ability to capture and analyze product data throughout the product lifecycle, from design to manufacturing and service.
- Experience in managing product structures, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and change management processes.
- Understanding of PLM best practices and industry standards to ensure efficient and effective PLM processes.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to PLM processes and systems.
- Ability to assess and optimize PLM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
