a. Customer Service:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Sell tickets, answer inquiries about showtimes and seating, and handle customer concerns or issues professionally.
3. Maintain a helpful and approachable demeanor to enhance the overall customer experience.

b. Ticket Sales and Box Office:
1. Operate ticketing software and cash registers accurately.
2. Ensure ticket sales are conducted efficiently, and transactions are handled promptly.
3. Assist with ticket inventory management.

c. Concession Stand Support:
1. Assist in preparing and serving concession items such as popcorn, snacks, and beverages.
2. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the concession area.
3. Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.

d. Usher Duties:
1. Monitor auditoriums to ensure a smooth seating process and address any disruptions or issues.
2. Assist with cleaning and preparing auditoriums between screenings.
3. Help patrons find seats and ensure compliance with safety and seating policies.

e. Security and Safety:
1. Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
