**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of garments at various stages of production, including at fabricator sites and in-house, ensuring all products meet specified quality standards.
- Identify and report any defects or quality issues such as stitching errors, fabric inconsistencies, or pattern mismatches.
- Coordinate with production team and fabricators to communicate quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Ensuring Adherence to Specifications through Checks on Patterns, Designs, and Materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, defects found, and corrective actions taken.
- Overseeing & Manage In-House Production Processes.
- **Sourcing Manpower** like Tailor, Helper & Labour.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a garments Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) role.
- Strong understanding of **garment/apparel construction**, **fabric types**, **production processes**and **quality assurance**.
- Knowledge of **garment/apparel construction**, **fabric properties**, **manufacturing processes**and **quality checking methods**.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for **spotting imperfections** in **produced garments/apparel**.
