Position
- Quality Checker
- Qualification:

- Post Graduate or Graduate or equivalent - preferably in Chemistry/Microbiology/Bio-chemistry/Bio-technology/Food technology/DIFAT, auditor experience will be preferred

**Experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in the areas of Quality Assurance and Quality Systems on Food Processing / FMCG -Distillery, Fresh Fruit/ Brewery and Beverage Industry

**Knowledge & skills:

- **
- Hands on experience and deep knowledge in Quality Checking
- Specific knowledge with Food safety audits like FSSC 22000, BRC Food.
- Visit the cold storage for Product quality analysis & approval.
- Vendor Approval & Coordination.
- Ability to do the Product analysis as per the Specification.
- Experience in handling quality improvement projects
- Create Quality measurements to track improvements in Product.
- Reject products that fail quality standards.
- Produce statistical reports on quality standards.
- Should have experience in developing quality related SOPs and its control.
- All Quality system
- knowledge and their documentation and adherence
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Best Suited for Someone who has ecellent coaching, influencing and communication skills

**Areas of Responsibilities: -**

Quality Operations
- Analyse food materials, Intermediate (Blends), EOL Finished Goods and report to the unit head on the findings
- Inspect packaging materials received at Units, Market & report to unit quality head
- Communicate to vendors on non-conformities and issue of CAR to vendor
- Coordinate with other departments for all rejection failures at unit
- Analyse samples received for customer/consumer complaint and provide a report on findings to the unit head
- Provide expertise of standardization of chemical reagents and calibration required
- Assist quality manager for audits
- Work on improvement End of line defects
- Adherence to quality standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Total work: 1-2 years (preferred)
