**Responsibilities**:
**Client Prospecting and Relationship Building**:

- Identify potential clients in the target market segments for paper ads, outdoor billboards, and airport media through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and offering tailored solutions.

**On-site Presentations and Consultations**:

- Conduct on-site visits to client locations to understand their advertising requirements firsthand.
- Deliver compelling presentations and consultations, showcasing the company's advertising offerings and how they align with the client's objectives.

**Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized advertising proposals and campaign strategies based on client briefs and site assessments.
- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns on the ground, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

**Negotiation and Contract Closure**:

- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure contracts for advertising services, leveraging market knowledge and competitive insights.
- Prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring all details are accurately documented and agreed upon by both parties.

**Market Intelligence and Feedback**:

- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights during field visits, providing valuable feedback to the marketing and sales teams for strategic planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client preferences to continuously improve the company's offerings and sales approach.

**Client Support and Issue Resolution**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the advertising campaign lifecycle, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during campaign execution, ensuring a positive client experience.

**Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking**:

- Maintain accurate records of field visits, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management on progress and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in field marketing and sales roles, preferably within the advertising industry(freshers will also be preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively in face-to-face interactions.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, balancing field visits with administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings as required.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
