Ø To look after over all site stores functions and reports to Head Stores, functionally and reports to project manager, administratively.

Ø To receive materials, approval, storage, proper handling and issue of materials to project site and their proper recording and documentations on daily basis.

Ø To take physical stock of fixed assets (F) and (A) category items, at the end of every month.

Ø To ensure reconciliation of all major materials and Fuel along with planning engineer/mechanical department timely and submission of reports to H.O.

Ø To arrange material receipt notes (MRN) to accounts department on daily basis.

Ø To ensure timely arrangement of the required information for finalization of accounts and attending to audit observations.

Ø To return rejected materials to suppliers as per advice of purchase department.

Ø To claim insurance for transit damage.

Ø To maintain good housekeeping and safety in the department.

Ø To ensure adequate and appropriate firefighting equipment and positioned in all storage places.

**Requirements**:
Ø Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering Civil / Structural

Ø Experience: 0 - 2 years and above experience in Real Estate Sector with SAP MM module knowledge.

Ø Good Communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
