**Job Title**: Store Assistant - Saree Retail Store
**Location**: Bangalore, India
**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)
**Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)
**Languages Required**: Kannada, English, Hindi (Tamil/Telugu is a bonus)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting sarees based on their preferences, occasions, and budget.
- Provide product knowledge - fabrics, weaving styles, draping tips, etc.
- Maintain the visual merchandising of sarees and accessories.
- Fold, arrange, and restock sarees neatly on display shelves and counters.
- Manage billing and operate POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and minor complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with daily store operations - cleaning, inventory checks, packaging, etc.
- Coordinate with the store manager for stock updates and promotional activities.
- Support in online order fulfillment if required.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Passion for ethnic fashion, especially sarees.
- Basic understanding of different types of sarees (Silk, Cotton, Banarasi, Kanjeevaram, etc.) - training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple customers.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing.
- Physically fit to handle stock and store work.

**Work Schedule**:

- 6 days a week (including weekends and holidays)
- Shift timings: 10.30am - 8.30pm

**Salary**:

- ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives and employee discounts available

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 25/04/2025
