**Job role - Store Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
As a Store Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our store. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and assisting with inventory management. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
- **Sales Support**: Assist customers in locating products, processing transactions, and upselling where appropriate.
- **Inventory Management**: Help maintain stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and organize backroom inventory.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively, replenished promptly, and in line with store standards.
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to achieve store sales goals and share best practices for customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma Preferred**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- **Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.**:

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Location - ** **Peenya Industrial Estate, BANGALORE - 560 058, Karnataka, INDIA.**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
