**Homemonde is a rapidly growing manufacturing company engaged in online market sales of home decor and lifestyle products. We are seeking an **e-commerce têxtile **designer to join our design team and create innovative têxtile designs for our online product line.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create original têxtile designs that meet the company's aesthetic and quality standards for online sales
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team to create design concepts that align with online market trends and preferences
- Research and analyze online market trends, color palettes, and consumer preferences to develop design concepts
- Develop detailed design specifications, including colourways, yarn types, patterns, and finishing techniques
- Prepare design presentations and communicate design concepts to internal teams and external vendors
- Create and maintain accurate design records and files
- Review and approve production samples to ensure they meet design specifications
- Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and techniques for online sales

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in têxtile design or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in têxtile design, with a focus on ecommerce design for online marketplaces
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong artistic and design skills, including color sense, pattern development, and têxtile construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of têxtile production techniques and processes
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest ecommerce design trends and consumer preferences

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
