Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Textile Designer to join our creative team. The position is full-time and based in Jaipur. We require candidates to have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Qualifications and Skills Creativity (Mandatory skill): Must possess unique artistic vision and ability to develop innovative textile patterns. Pattern Making (Mandatory skill): Must be skilled in creating patterns that adhere to design specifications and production feasibility. Fabric Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Comprehensive understanding of different fabric types and their properties is crucial. Color Theory: Ability to understand and apply color combinations effectively in designs. Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Proficiency in using CAD tools for developing and finalizing textile designs. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for intricate details to ensure precision and quality in design work. Trend Analysis: Capability to research and incorporate current fashion and textile trends into new designs. Communication Skills: Effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities Create and develop textile designs that align with the company's aesthetic and project goals. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and manufacturable. Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate them into new design concepts and collections. Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders and incorporate feedback for refinement. Utilize CAD tools for drafting designs and maintaining digital design records. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure alignment with design specifications. Manage multiple design projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion within set deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members and participate in collaborative design discussions.
