Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct consultations with guests to assess their specific needs, preferences, and any medical conditions or contraindications for treatments.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, aromatherapy, facials, body wraps, and scrubs, using appropriate techniques and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene spa environment, ensuring that treatment rooms, equipment, and amenities are properly sanitized and stocked at all times.
- Educate guests about the benefits of spa treatments, skincare products, and self-care practices, providing personalized recommendations for ongoing wellness.
- Uphold the hotel's standards for professionalism, customer service, and guest satisfaction, exceeding expectations to create memorable spa experiences.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper sanitation and disinfection procedures, as well as compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Promote spa services and packages to hotel guests through effective communication, promotional materials, and upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with other spa team members, including estheticians, massage therapists, and receptionists, to ensure seamless coordination of services and a positive guest experience.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
