**Job Title**: Female Spa Therapist
**Location**:Department**: Hotel Spa & Wellness
**Reports To**: Spa Manager / Spa Owner

**Job Summary**:
The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa treatments and therapies to clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while promoting wellness and relaxation in line with the spa’s standards and philosophy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other wellness therapies as per training and spa standards.
- Provide personalized service and consultation to clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Uphold a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Promote spa products and services to guests, assisting with sales where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client histories.
- Follow all spa policies, protocols, and procedures related to service, safety, and sanitation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry techniques and trends.
- Assist with spa reception duties when required, including appointment scheduling and guest check-in/check-out.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (luxury spa or hotel experience preferred).
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
