**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Photography**:

- Capture professional-grade photos for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute photoshoots for marketing materials, product showcases, and social media.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure the highest quality using editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- **Videography**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
- Operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, to create high-quality productions.
- Develop engaging storylines and concepts for video projects, aligning with the brand's vision and marketing goals.
- **Post-Production**:

- Edit photos and videos using professional software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Add effects, transitions, animations, and music to enhance the final output.
- Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms and formats.
- **Content Management**:

- Organize and maintain a library of visual assets for easy accessibility.
- Deliver completed projects on time, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Attend team meetings to brainstorm new content ideas and contribute to the creative process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer.
- Proficiency in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, video equipment, and editing software.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, and framing techniques.
- Creativity and an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in content creation for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with current trends in photography and videography.

**Work Environment**:

- On-site and outdoor shoots as required.
