**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos that effectively communicate the desired message and tell compelling stories.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including concept development, location scouting, and scheduling.
- Operate photography and video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment, to ensure optimal results.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and quality, using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Collaborate with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to develop concepts and ideas for photo and video projects.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of brand guidelines and ensure that all visual content aligns with brand standards and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in photography and videography, and incorporate them into your work.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including photos and videos, to ensure accessibility and proper archiving.
- Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory management, and studio setup as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across various genres and styles.
- Proficiency in operating DSLR and mirrorless cameras, as well as video recording equipment, and knowledge of lighting techniques.
- Expertise in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visual ideas effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of photography and videography.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with drone photography and videography (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for photo and video shoots.
