The Videographer/Editor/Photographer plays a crucial role in the Communications or Marketing team of the NGO, capturing and producing compelling visual content to support the organization's mission and goals. This position involves a combination of video recording, editing, and photography to create engaging and impactful multimedia materials for various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that effectively convey the NGO's message and initiatives.
- Capture captivating photographs that tell powerful stories and showcase the organization's work.
- Develop a visual content strategy aligned with the NGO's communication objectives.
- **Field Work**:

- Travel to project sites, events, and other relevant locations to document NGO activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure accurate representation of the organization's work through visuals.
- **Post-Production**:

- Edit and enhance video footage, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
- Retouch and edit photographs for use in various communication materials, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and manage video and photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technology updates related to videography, editing, and photography.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Communications/Marketing team to align visual content with overall communication strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and other team members to create cohesive and integrated multimedia campaigns.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all content adheres to copyright laws and follows ethical guidelines.
- Obtain necessary permissions for filming and photography in sensitive areas.
- **Archiving**:

- Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital library of visual assets for future reference and use.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Videography, Photography, Film, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, and editor, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of storytelling and the ability to convey complex messages through visuals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours, as needed.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their requirements for visual content.
- Commitment to the mission and values of the NGO.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
