**Job Overview**:
As a Videographer/Editor at Ethics development Support Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in visually conveying our mission, projects, and impact through compelling and high-quality video content. This position involves capturing, editing, and producing videos that effectively communicate the organization's message to various stakeholders, including donors, partners, and the general public. The Videographer/Editor will work closely with the communications and marketing team to ensure the delivery of engaging visual stories that align with the organization's goals and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos that showcase the NGO's projects, initiatives, and success stories.
- Collaborate with project teams to capture on-site activities, interviews, and events.
- Ensure high-quality video and audio recording in diverse settings and conditions.
- **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and impactful videos.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the storytelling.
- Collaborate with the communications team to create videos for various platforms, including social media, website, and presentations.
- **Storytelling**:

- Develop creative concepts and narratives that effectively communicate the NGO's mission and impact.
- Craft emotionally resonant stories that inspire and engage the audience.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in videography and editing tools.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the communications team to align video content with overall communication strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their video needs and objectives.
- **Deadline Management**:

- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a videographer/editor, with a portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, and storytelling techniques.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
