Our Care Center, based in Bangalore, is staffed 24/7 by a highly qualified and trained critical care team that includes super-specialist doctors, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacologists. The clinical team uses our proprietary platform, RADAR, to connect to hospital ICUs to oversee and manage the care of critically ill patients across multiple regions. RADAR, built by our team of technology experts, incorporates automation, computer vision, real-time video, and data analytics to help expert care providers connect to and provide care to patients. We have cared for nearly 50,000 intensive care patients across 16 states in India and saved numerous lives. JOB DESCRIPTION The Cloudphysician care center monitors the bedside ICUs with real-time live video. The critical care nurse’s job is to manage these patients and document their progress, troubleshoot ICU issues, coordinate bedside nursing care in accordance with global standards, and escalate issues to the intensivist who also will be at the command center 24/7.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care for the assigned patients.

2. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.

3. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

4. Provide Tele-ICU care to a diverse population of critically ill patients across multiple ICUs at various hospitals.

5. Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress.

6. Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition.

7. Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.

8. Begin treatment and monitor doses.

10. Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit. 11. Create and implement effective care plans.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/MSc Nursing
- Should be aware of ICU patient monitoring like CVP, ICP, and others.
- Assisting or hands-on experience in procedures like intubation, central insertion, ABG sampling, and others.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on ICU experience in well-reputed hospital ICUs
- IDCCN certified Nurses will be given preference

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
