**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their nursing care needs.
- **Medication Administration**: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication administration guidelines.
- **Monitoring and Assessment**: Regularly assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly report any changes or abnormalities to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote optimal recovery and wellness.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license or registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
