Job Title: Home Care Nurse - Baby Care

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time / Shift

Working Hours: 24 hrs / 10 hrs

**Salary**: As per industry standards

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily health monitoring and nursing care for the baby (feeding, bathing, massaging, diapering, making the bed, and understanding the baby’s routine).
- Monitor vital signs (temperature) and track developmental milestones.
- Administer medication and manage medical needs under pediatric supervision.
- Administer medicines through IV/IM as per pediatrician’s advice.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and comfort of the baby at all times.
- Prepare and sterilize feeding bottles and baby care equipment.
- Support breastfeeding or formula feeding as per parental/doctor’s instructions.
- Keep detailed records of the baby’s health, feeding, sleeping, and behavior patterns.
- Educate and support parents on infant care and health practices.
- Coordinate with pediatricians and follow medical guidance when required.
- Ensure emotional and social stimulation through age-appropriate activities.
- Accompany parents for the baby’s regular hospital visits.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM or equivalent)
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Certifications: Additional certification in Pediatric Care preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in infant or pediatric care is an advantage.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of infant care and hygiene
- Excellent observational and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and maintain discretion.

Preferred:

- Experience in home care settings
- Experience with premature or medically complex infants
- Multilingual abilities (if applicable to the family’s language)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
