About Cradlewell

Cradlewell provides trusted newborn and mother care services at home. We are building a team of trained and caring nurses to support mothers in their recovery and ensure safe care for babies.

Key Responsibilities
- Help mothers with recovery needs (hygiene, rest, feeding support).
- Take care of babies with bathing, massage, diapering, and sleep routines.
- Check and record basic health signs of mother and baby; report concerns quickly.
- Maintain strict safety and hygiene standards during home care.
- Guide families by answering simple care-related questions.
- Educate parents on lactation, nutrition, breastfeeding, and hand hygiene.
- Coordinate with senior nurses and doctors for training and support.

**Requirements**:

- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM, 0-3 years of experience (freshers welcome)
- Registered Nurse preferred, but not mandatory for freshers
- Caring attitude with good communication skills
- Comfortable working in home-care setup
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (day/night)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
