We are seeking an experienced Nurse to provide expert care to our patients.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in post-surgical care, elder care, chronic care, and a range of specialized nursing services, including tracheotomy, urinary catheterization care, wound care, injections, IV infusion, diabetic care.. As the Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide expert nursing care to patients, with a strong focus on post-surgical, elder, and chronic care.

Specialized Nursing Services: Administer tracheotomy care, urinary catheterization care, wound care, injections, IV infusion, diabetic care, and other specialized treatments as required.

Digital Data Management: Utilize digital tools and systems for patient data management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, implement improvement measures, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medication administration records.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) or General Nursing (GNM) equivalent degree.

Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in India.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in post-surgical care, elder care, chronic care, and specialized nursing services.

Proficiency in digital data management and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
