Sales - Onboarding Agent

Call and follow up with **potential leads** to promote **Demat & Trading account opening**.
- Explain the **benefits, features, and process** of opening a Demat account.
- Guide prospects through the **end-to-end onboarding process**, including **KYC documentation, e-signing,**:
- Work closely with the operations/KYC team to ensure **timely account activation**.
- Maintain accurate lead records and **daily call reports** using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Follow up with unconverted leads to improve **conversion rate**.
- Meet or exceed **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets**.
- Educate customers on **stock market basics, investing platforms, and trading tools** (basic level).
- Stay updated on the company’s offerings, compliance changes, and competitors
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
