We are looking for a passionate and driven **Sales Agent** who can help us connect aspiring learners with the right training programs. You will be responsible for engaging with leads, understanding their goals, and helping them enrol in courses that fit their needs. This is a dynamic role where your ability to communicate, advise, and close enrolments will directly contribute to learner success and company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Handling**:

- **Advisory Sales**:
Understand learner profiles and career goals to suggest suitable ProAlley courses and ATD programs.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:
Own your sales funnel — from initial inquiry to enrolment closure.
- **Achieve Targets**:
Work towards and meet monthly sales and revenue goals.
- **CRM Usage**:
Keep lead records and interactions updated in CRM tools for accurate tracking.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smoother conversions and follow-ups.
- **Onboarding Handoff**:
Ensure learners are transitioned properly to the support or operations teams’ post-enrolment.
- **Share Feedback**:
Bring in insights from learners to help improve course offerings and sales pitches.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
