**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator at RioSH Technologies located in Bengaluru. The Machine operator will be responsible for troubleshooting and machine maintenance.Performs set-up and programming of automated SMT pick and place machines to manufacture PC Boards to meet production and performance standards

Reads and follows assembly prints, schematics, work instructions, drawings, procedures and specifications

Operates reflow oven, screen printer and stencil cleaner. Recognizes equipment and product problems and troubleshoots in order to achieve optimum production levels

Interfaces with others to communicate issues, troubleshoot failures, and maintain a high standard of quality and repeatability in processes, products, and machinery

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manual electronics assembly and testing
- Performs touch-up soldering as needed
- Keeps accurate and up-to-date records
- Participates in troubleshooting and problem solving
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of electronic components and hardware
- Understanding of basic electronics principles
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Technical diploma or certification in related field is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
