**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to coordinate with BDE regarding Shippers and Carriers.
- Responsible to Schedule an appointment with shippers regards Load, material and departure time
- Responsible to communicate with carriers to book loads and confirm time schedule.
- Manage calls effectively and efficiently from shippers to carriers and provide accurate information.
- Responsible to schedule pickup and delivery appointment for day to day operations.
- Responsible to handle flow of paper work and close the loads in company portal.
- Responsible to organize and maintain documentation of dispatch information.
- Responsible to update 3rd party portals/Transport Management System (TMS) in company portal with appropriate documents.
- Responsible to calculate extra charges and get an approval from receiver in order to collect charges from shippers
- Responsible to verify if there are any inaccuracies in documents and update if needed.
- Effectively communicate with sales team on daily basis. Assist accounts team with information.
- Work closely with Team lead and perform the task assigned by Lead.

**Required Skills**:

- Any graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Should have good grasping skills, delivery or presentation skills
- Should possess interest in queries handling calls & good convincing skills
- Must be willing to work in US timing.
- Should have excellent reasoning and decision making abilities.

**Shift**: US Shift
- Monday-Friday

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
