**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor all dairy processing machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Perform milk pasteurization and ensure proper procedures are followed for the preparation of dairy products as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee the production of various dairy products, including pouch making, packaging, and processing, while maintaining product quality and safety.
- Adhere to the required safety standards and hygiene protocols during all stages of production.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure operational efficiency and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure all products are produced in line with quality and safety regulations, and monitor temperature, timing, and other parameters during processing.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and assist in improving production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine operation, and any maintenance or repairs performed.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in Dairy Technology or Food Science are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Dairy Plant Operator or in a similar role in dairy processing.
- Familiarity with milk pasteurization, pouch making, and dairy product preparation processes.
- Ability to operate and maintain dairy processing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow precise operational instructions.
