Job description

We have a manufacturing company in Indonesia which is controlled from the Head Office in PERITHALMANNA, Malappuram Kerala India. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Accounting Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer in managing financial and accounting activities within our organization
- BCOM/MCOM graduate required
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software (Tally Prime & ERP 9) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem
- solving skills
- Detail
- oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Completion of article ship with a Chartered Accountant is also a plus
- Prior experience in similar finance or accounting role is a plus
- Assist the Management in preparing financial report, statement and budgets
- Process accounts payable and account receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and ensure accurate reporting
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or anomalies
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Support the Organization in various financial analysis projects as required.
- Must have3 to 5 years experience in account verification Finalization is mandatory

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,360.51 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
