Accounts Finance Executive - Logistics Freight ForwardingAbout Sky Ocean Shipping Sky Ocean Shipping is a leading logistics and freight forwarding company offering end-to-end solutions in sea air and land transportation With a strong presence across the Middle East and Asia we specialize in international shipping customs clearance warehousing and project cargo Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including Accounts Payable AP and Accounts Receivable AR Prepare invoices credit debit notes and ensure timely collections and payments Perform bank reconciliations manage transactions and monitor cash flow Handle GST filings TDS and ensure compliance with Indian accounting regulations Coordinate with internal teams for accurate billing and shipment-related cost allocation Maintain financial records using Tally or ERP systems Assist with monthly closings audits and generate reports for management Communicate with vendors customers and auditors to resolve discrepancies Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance 1-4 years of accounting experience preferably in logistics or shipping Proficient in Tally MS Excel and accounting software Good knowledge of GST TDS and Indian accounting standards Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
