About the Company Kapital Plywood Haapstand is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium-quality plywood since 1986 known for its innovation and reliability With decades of experience the company continues to set benchmarks in quality service and customer satisfaction About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with strong knowledge of statutory compliance accounting principles and financial management The ideal candidate will handle complex accounting tasks ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to strategic financial planning Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations Manage statutory compliance including GST TDS Income Tax and ROC filings Prepare and finalize financial statements MIS reports and budgets Handle audits statutory internal and tax and coordinate with auditors Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and systems Develop internal financial controls and ensure adherence Support management with financial planning forecasting and analysis Monitor cash flow fund management and cost optimization Handle complex accounting tasks and reconciliations Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team Required Skills Competencies In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Hands-on experience with ERP accounting software e g Tally Excellent communication leadership and team management skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Candidate Minimum 10 Years of experience CMA preferred CA MBA Finance Candidates with manufacturing trading industry experience will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Work Location In person
