**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Optimization**:

- Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and search ranking.
- Ensure product listings adhere to marketplace guidelines.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels across platforms to avoid overselling or stockouts.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Analyse sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to boost sales.
- Generate and share regular performance reports with key stakeholders.
- **Marketplace Policies Compliance**:

- Stay updated with the latest marketplace policies and ensure compliance.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues like account health, customer queries, and product listing suspensions.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, including offers, discounts, and advertisements.
- Collaborate on strategies for increasing customer engagement and sales.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and global marketplaces such as eBay and Etsy.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Experience in managing international e-commerce marketplaces.**
