- Manage a portfolio of Prime customers with an objective of enhancing and deepening their relationship with the Bank by regularly contacting the customers on Phone.
- Carry out profiling of customers and carry out cross-selling of the products identified for the customers. Identify opportunities in the portfolio so as to enhance product penetration and portfolio quality.
- Service customers on their Banking related enquiries
- Handling of inbound calls received from customers enquiring on their account, product or process related information.
- Satisfactorily resolve queries and complaints received from customers.
