**Your role**
- owns, writes and prioritizes backlog.
- owns daily stand-up and jira management for the banker desktop pod.
- develop features related to call routing, assisted channels and desktop capabilities to provide sales and service support for clients and bankers.
- partner with multiple Crews and Pods in an agile delivery environment, including Digital, Money Movement, Deposits, FAs and Cash management product teams.
- provide thought-leadership and rigorously prioritize opportunities and resources for roadmap planning and implementation, while managing aggressive time frames.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working as part of the team that is driving the overall digital transformation of UBS Bank USA, working with experts across banking product teams, technology, risk and operations. You will play the key role within the banker desktop team and will help us build a best in class solution for bankers to originate and service our clients. You will place a keen eye on the user experience, while working closely with other product managers and leads, including the client digital experience team.

- experience in product role with indepth understanding of CRM systems
- experienced in building & leading teams from ground up
- works well with end users to define experience
- a product and platform evangelist with an unwavering focus on putting users first
- a natural team player with an ability to work with diverse teams
- a strong communicator with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate ideas and strategy
- a confident decision-maker, highly organized and detail-oriented
