Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional for the role of Personal Banker. In this position, you will play a key role in managing operations within the business area, ensuring smooth processes, risk management initiatives, and adherence to compliance requirements. The role demands ownership, accountability, and alignment with regulatory guidelines and codes of conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling client requests efficiently.
  • Manage day-to-day banking operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate sensitive or complex information to customers with clarity and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify and address their needs.
  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making based on experience and best practices.
  • Support risk management initiatives and compliance standards within the business area.

  • Proven expertise in customer service, preferably in an international contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations.
