Purpose of the Role

"1. Prepare and issue of instruction manuals to customers

2. Responsible for effectively coordinating with machine-in-charge to implement the ECO updations in manuals

3. Responsible for availability of inventory addition for new products and BOM preparation for ""E"" Nos.

4. Responsibility for preparation and maintenance of standards, drawings, master documents

5. Effective implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 standards in the department

6. Prepare monthly reports

7. Responsible in issuing drawing prints against requisition received for DRO"

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Release "E" No bill to CSD / Sales as per requirement
- Ensure the availability of drawing prints to the release of pad and requisition to meet DRO
- Ensure the availability of Instruction manual for all New products with use of specialised software
- Ensure the ECO updations / new improvements are incorporated in Instruction manuals
- Ensure the Instruction manuals are updated as per scope of supply at the time of despatch to customers
- Ensure the availability of company standards and national standards
- Ensure the release of master documents of machine specifications, test chart, test parameters for all products
- Ensure the release of Tech brief to CSD
- Ensure the availability of new components in oracle master thru inventory addition
- Update and maintain records to meet ISO 9001 requirements
- Update and maintain records to meet ISO 14001 and 18001 guidelines
