**Flaviant Network Private Limited is an ed-tech organization that provides online and offline learning solutions to aspirants of Civil Service Examinations. We are hiring an enthusiastic and versatile individual for the role of Admission Counsellor.**

**Responsibilities of the Job**:

- **To keep oneself up to date with product information**:

- **To handle all walk-in queries**:

- **To take accountability and finalise course admissions within the deadlines.**:

- **To communicate with several departments to resolve any enrollment concerns.**:

- **To give product suggestions to management and redesign processes to make them more student friendly**:

- **To maintain data in suitable formats as needed from time to time.**:

- **Answer calls and provide information about products and services, taking complaints and resolving them.**:

- **Tracking sales targets and reporting outcomes as needed.**

- **Excellent command of the English language**:

- **Professional abilities to write in English**:

- **Excellent follow-up abilities**:

- **Team player**:

- **Excellent interpersonal skills**:

- **Experience in education technology and civil service Examination will be beneficial but not required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
