As a Admission Counsellor, your day-to-day tasks will involve selling of university programs to potential working professionals. It includes building relationship, understanding their career needs etc.. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.Qualification criteria:Selling of high value premium educational coursesSelling to working executives with 5+ years of experience across domainsCustomer Service, Communication, and Selling skillsProficiency in using CRM systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly target-drivenKnowledge of career development and professional growth is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a must
