**About Us**:
At The Permalinks, we’re on a mission to drive exceptional organic performance for our clients through smart, sustainable SEO strategies. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Link Builder to join our growing team and contribute to boosting both organic traffic and local search visibility.

**What You’ll Do**:
**General Link Building**:

- Create and manage profiles on business listing websites (citations).
- Post and monitor classified ads and directory submissions.
- Share content across article submission platforms and other general SEO link resources.
- Maintain a record of submissions, approvals, and live links.

**Outreach & Guest Posting**:

- Conduct manual outreach to niche-relevant websites and blogs.
- Secure guest post opportunities, sponsored posts, and niche edits on high-quality websites.
- Build relationships with bloggers, influencers, and webmasters.
- Ensure the quality, relevance, and authority of acquired links.

**Reporting & Quality Control**:

- Track and report link acquisition progress weekly.
- Monitor link quality (domain authority, spam score, relevance).
- Ensure anchor text and link placement align with SEO strategy.
- Stay updated on Google guidelines and link-building best practices.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in link building.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and backlink quality signals.
- Excellent written communication skills for outreach.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hunter, BuzzStream, or similar.
- Experience in local SEO and citation management tools.
