We provide GPS-based vehicle tracking solutions and mobile solutions for field force management.
Our solutions have gained popularity owing to the multiple benefits that they offer, starting with an increase in productivity of the field resources, reduction in costs of field operations, better customer service, and better safety & security for man & material.
Our primary targets are organizations with a sizeable fleet of vehicles or sales & service personnel.
Currently, we have over 1000 active clients such as TATA Steel, ICICI Bank, DTDC Couriers, Amul, Food Panda, Trent, and many more across industry sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 1.Ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivables
2.Follow up / call Customers for Overdue AR and send reminder E-mails
3.Providing Ledgers to the Customers and reconciling any discrepancies related to invoices or payments
4.Create Credit Notes on the merit of the case, as per company policy.
6.Post Invoices & Credit Notes to Tally ERP 9
7.General Accounting in Tally
8.Filing and Record-Keeping and Office Admin
2.B.Com from regular college/university
3.English Medium Schooling
4.Excellent spoken and written skills in English
5.Proficiency in TALLY ERP 9 and excel
Pay: ₹15,192.31 - ₹22,423.12 per month
